All providers on ILALI commit to these standards to ensure a safe, professional, and positive experience for every child and family.
Our Commitment
As a provider on ILALI, you play a vital role in creating positive experiences for children. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards we expect from all providers to maintain the trust families place in our platform.
By listing activities on ILALI, you agree to uphold these principles in all your interactions with children, parents, and the ILALI team.
Child Safety First
- Ensure all staff working with children have valid NRSO/NCPR clearance certificates
- Never be alone with a child without another adult present or in view of parents/guardians
- Maintain appropriate physical boundaries at all times
- Follow safeguarding reporting procedures for any concerns
- Keep accurate attendance records for all sessions
Professional Conduct
- Treat all children, parents, and colleagues with respect and dignity
- Maintain professional boundaries in all communications
- Never share personal contact details with families outside the platform
- Present an accurate representation of your qualifications and experience
- Respond to booking requests within 48 hours
Inclusive Environment
- Welcome children of all abilities, backgrounds, and identities
- Make reasonable accommodations for children with additional needs
- Use inclusive language and imagery in all materials
- Never discriminate based on race, religion, gender, disability, or family situation
- Create a supportive atmosphere where every child can thrive
Reliability & Communication
- Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled activities
- Provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations
- Keep parents informed of any changes to schedule or venue
- Respond to parent messages within 24 hours during business days
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity listings
Transparent Practices
- Clearly communicate pricing with no hidden fees
- Provide accurate descriptions of what activities include
- Share relevant safety information before activities begin
- Obtain appropriate consents for photos and media
- Handle refunds and cancellations fairly per stated policies

Violations of this Code of Conduct will be addressed proportionally to the severity and frequency of the breach:

If you witness or become aware of any conduct that violates this Code, please report it immediately. All reports are handled confidentially.
Report a concernProvider Acknowledgment
All providers must acknowledge this Code of Conduct during onboarding. Annual re-acknowledgment is required to maintain active listings on the platform.
